Jacek Wejster
Jacek, our do it all when it comes to Zermatt Kaffee Rösterei, from roasting to packing. Jacek is always there to make sure our operation is running. Besides roasting Jacek is a professional photographer and you can often find him climbing at a high altitude shooting wonderful pictures.
Marian Podola
Marian, the founder and CEO of The Zermatt Kollektiv AG, the mother company of Zermatt Kaffee Rösterei, starting off in 2017, Marian started the business in the basement of a local grocery shop, up to the point where we are today.
