Delivery within Zermatt

We deliver your coffee right to your doorstep at no extra cost. We deliver every Tuesday. If we miss you and your order cannot be delivered, then we will send you an email and you can collect your order from our roastery the same day. If you have any questions, please get in touch. 

Shipping within Switzerland

We ship your coffee right to your doorstep. We ship every Wednesday. 

We ship with Swiss PostPac Economy and Swiss Post Pac Priority. Please note there is tracking but no insurance included on these parcels. If you would like us to ship your coffee insured, please get in touch.

Delivery Times:

Economy: 2-3 working days

Priority: 1-2 working days

Estimated delivery time and delivery costs will be calculated at the check out.

Delivery Outside of Switzerland

We want to deliver our coffee as fresh as possible. For that reason, we are not able to ship our coffee outside Switzerland. 

Delivery Czech Republic

We are happy to cooperate with partners in Czech Republic and, based on that, are able to shop coffee in Czech Republic. 

Returns

No returns on any coffee beans purchased. Manufacturer's warranty apply on all other products sold by Zermatt Kaffee Rösterei. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
