Cold Brew
If you crave a good iced coffee in the summer, but don't like how so many end up tasting watery or overly bitter, then there’s only one solution: cold brew coffee. This method guarantees a smooth and icy cup, every time.
Making cold brew coffee is no great secret, nor does it require the ninja-level skills of a trained barista. You don’t even need much special equipment beyond a cold brew coffee bottle. This simple brewing method rewards you with a smooth and refreshing cold brew - perfect for hot summer days.
Step 1
Measure out 750ml of water. Weigh out 55g of coffee and grind it coarse.
Step 2
Add your coffee grounds into the filter and then give it a few shakes to level the bed.
Step 3
Gradually and carefully pour your water over the grounds in concentric circles. Submerge the grounds with a butter knife or bamboo paddle.
Step 4
Place the cold brew coffee bottle inside the fridge for anywhere between 8 to 24 hours. The longer you brew, the richer the coffee flavour will be.
Step 5
Serve the coffee how you like it - with or without ice, with or with our syrups and with or without condensed milk.
