Guatemalahas eight main coffee growing regions, that have distictive characteristics. Inbetween the “New Oriente” region and the “Fraijanes Plateau” small farmers produce an excellent coffee in the highlands of Jalapa. The coffee is collected and processed in a central wet mill located in one of the farms in the region. The mill owners buy the coffee from the farmers and take care of the quality . The good relatioship with processing mill and farmers allow to obtain an excellent quality and consistency of the product.
